Product Description
Hibiscus Red is a natural red color extracted from the calyces of the roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa). Its principal coloring components are anthocyanins.
Characteristic
Dark red or purple-red powder, soluble in water.
It exhibits a bright red shade at acidic pH (pH < 4). Color changes to purple/blue as pH increases.
Good stability in acidic conditions.
