Lutein is a natural yellow pigment obtained from the Marigold flower (Tagetes erecta L). Its principal component is lutein. It has a bright color and superior coloring strength.
Lutein Oil Soluble:
It is a dark brown oleoresin with the aroma of marigold; it turns into an oily liquid when heated and dissolves easily in oil.
Lutein Water Soluble:
It is an orange liquid or powder transformed from the oil-soluble type. It can be easily dispersed in water. The product is widely used in bakery, beverages, frozen foods, jellies, jams, and infant formula foods.
Lutein Powder:
It is a type of water-soluble powder refined from Lutein. The product is widely used in food, cosmetics, tobacco, pharmaceutical fields, high-quality feed, etc., especially for the coloration of chicken, eggs, and aquatic products.
Applications
